She has been a keynote and panel speaker at Stanford University, Google, UC Berkeley, has been featured in radio shows, podcasts and keynoted prominent blockchain and healthcare conferences in Silicon Valley and internationally.

Gangesh Ganesan - President & CEO, Peernova

Gangesh Ganesan is a co-founder of PeerNova and serves as its President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Ganesan is a sought-after, inspirational thought-leader and frequent speaker at blockchain technology conferences. He is an experienced technologist and entrepreneur and has worked in senior management, technical, marketing and product-management roles in many prominent companies in the semiconductor, cloud, and software industries. Before founding PeerNova, Mr. Ganesan worked on streaming real-time applications in Big Data platforms like Hadoop. The company, Locomatix, was acquired by Twitter and the platform open-sourced as Heron. Prior to that, Mr. Ganesan was President and CEO of Ubicom, a network processor company that was acquired by Qualcomm. Mr. Ganesan has over two decades of experience in networking, deep-packet inspection and distributed systems. Prior to joining Ubicom, Mr. Ganesan served as Director of Strategic Marketing for Marvell Semiconductor and as Director of Marketing for TCAMs and Networking Search Engines at Cypress Semiconductor. Mr. Ganesan started his career as an ASIC designer and Systems Architect at the Telex communications division of Bosch Communications. Mr. Ganesan has an MBA and an MS, both from the University of Minnesota, Minneapolis, and a BE from College of Engineering, Guindy, Chennai, in India.

Joe Vander Zanden - Growth Chef, Consensys

Joe Vander Zanden has over 10 years of experience in technology solution alliances, business development, partnerships, and sales. Prior to ConsenSys, Joe developed strategic partnerships for Cisco Systems in the IoT and Applications Division. Before Cisco, Joe worked for PayPal developing new markets and industry segments.


Mark Rakhmilevich - Sr. Director/ Product Management/ Strategy, Oracle

Mark Rakhmilevich is Senior Director of Blockchain Product Management at Oracle. He's working on Oracle Blockchain Cloud Service and works with enterprise IT developers and ISVs, who are building blockchain applications and integrating enterprise systems with this platform. His background is in enterprise transaction processing, SOA, PKI/security, and legacy modernization. He works closely with customers leveraging blockchain in financial services, payments, telecomm, supply chain, and public sector to help guide their journey from assessing the requirements, recommending solutions, to guiding their implementation projects.


Srinivasan Sriram - Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer, Skuchain

Sriram is a passionate entrepreneur looking to bring efficiencies into the Supply Chain. He has previously built Risk Management software at Salomon Bros., founded an ecommerce startup during the dot-com heyday and played EIR with a small fund. He has been a qualified Captain of ocean going merchant ships, enjoys hackathons and has done the Executive Program at Stanford GSB.

He is a successful 3-time serial entrepreneur with exits and a pioneer in decentralized technology and globalization strategy. Jorden is also a Managing Partner at DoubleNova Group, a blockchain advisory based in Silicon Valley.

Jorden has raised over $48 million from top tier Silicon Valley and global investors for his own companies and an additional $125 million for advised startups. He has also generated millions of dollars in revenue and expanded startups both nationally and internationally. Jorden is an advisor to top blockchain startups as well as governments and international accelerators.

Jorden is an expert in enterprise blockchain, fundraising, startup acceleration, and global entrepreneurship, and actively publishes on Medium. He has been an invited guest speaker at Stanford University, Google, UC Berkeley, and leading blockchain conferences in Silicon Valley, as well as a featured speaker on blockchain-focused podcasts and radio shows. Jorden holds a BS in astrophysics from Caltech and an MS in physics from University of Washington.

Asra heads up the entrepreneurial programs and partnerships at DraperU, a pre-accelerator for global startups tackling the world’s most intractable problems and is also a Venture Partner at DraperU Venture, an early stage venture fund. Apart from designing and delivering programs, she works directly with governments, universities and international incubators to establish local entrepreneurial hubs, investment opportunities and corporate innovation initiatives.

Nancy Wojtas - Partner, Cooley

Nancy Wojtas has served as counsel in connection with corporate governance matters, acquisitions, dispositions, mergers, private and public offerings, joint ventures, venture capital and bank financings, proxy contests, cryptocurrency offerings and going private transactions.
Nancy began her career with the Securities and Exchange Commission in the division of Market Regulation and later served as counsel to the Chairman of the Commission.
Nancy is a frequent speaker on corporate governance, securities law and token offering topics. In addition, for the last 15 years, she has been a speaker on various corporate governance subjects at Stanford Directors' College.


Paul Willard - Partner, Storm Ventures

Paul worked as a Senior Aerodynamics engineer at Boeing for 7 years before there were interwebs. He worked on many different types of aircraft including autonomous stealth aircraft. Now Paul is a General Partner at the venture firm Subtraction Capital following a 14 year career as a senior product and marketing executive and CMO at well-known technology, financial services and health tech focused companies Coupons.com, Practice Fusion, Atlasssian, and NextCard. He is passionate about helping entrepreneurs succeed, and applies specific experience with product and marketing professionals that make data-driven decisions, use Agile constructs, and win important markets. This passion helped to ignite the San Francisco Agile Marketing Meetup with over 3,800 members, which he co-hosts. Paul holds a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering from Iowa State University, a Master's degree in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from Stanford University, and a Future Med Certificate from Singularity University.


Ruchita Sinha - Partner, Sanofi Ventures

Ruchita joined Sanofi Ventures in 2016 with a relevant background in digital health. Prior to Sanofi, Ruchita was at GE Ventures, where she invested in and built partnerships with healthcare startups and served as a board observer for several portfolio companies. Ruchita also managed GE’s seed-stage portfolio of digital health investments in partnership with StartUp Health. Ruchita has more than 15 years of healthcare experience in pharma, biotech, medical devices, and healthcare IT. Prior to GE Ventures, Ruchita was at Pfizer’s Strategy, BD, & Portfolio Management group, and a management consultant with LEK Consulting. Ruchita started her career with Maxygen, an early stage biotech company. Ruchita is currently a board observer for Inozyme and Omada Health. Ruchita holds an MBA from the University of Chicago, an MS in Cellular and Molecular Biology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and a BS in Biochemistry from Mount Holyoke College.
